Michael Donnelly

Mike has spent nearly two decades in customer service and relationship management helping support the alternatives market. Prior to joining BlueFlame, Mike spent 16 years at SS&C Eze, formerly Eze Software Group, in a number of client facing roles managing the largest and most complex global relationships directly, and ultimately leading the Global Customer Success function supporting over a thousand clients and all of the firm's subscription and professional services revenue with direct reports on all five continents. He holds a B.B.A in Finance and Operations Management from the University of Massachusetts.
