Matt Steinhilber

Matt Steinhilber has over 15 years of legal and operational experience in the GRC and financial technology sector. He joins BlueFlame from US AI, an AI-powered cybersecurity and digital transformation company. Previously, he served as Partner and General Counsel at ACA Group for over 12 years, where he developed and led a global legal team of more than 18 people. Under his direction, ACA’s legal team handled over 20 M&A transactions, including the acquisition of Cordium and merger with Foreside Financial Group, as well as the private equity sponsor investments made by Starr Investment Holdings and Genstar Capital. During his tenure at ACA, he played a pivotal role in ACAthe company's expansion from a regional player to a global leader in GRC technology. Prior to ACA, Steinhilber was a transactional attorney with Ballard Spahr LLP, an AmLaw 100 law firm.
