Below is a template and questions to help you get started to clearly identify how your firm will use AI to accelerate its work. Check out our blog for more AI insights and use case examples.

Use-Case Business Requirements

Briefly describe the AI use case you want to map.

• Define the current problem or gap you are looking to solve
• Is this replacing a current manual process or a net-new addition to your workflow?
• How long does the current task take (pre-AI)?

Establish Success Criteria

What does success look like?

• Do you have a template for the ideal output?
• Is there a time-based goal for completing the task following the incorporation of AI?

Source Data Requirements

• What data source(s) is(are)needed to complete this?
  • Email, CRM, PDFs, 3^rd party platform, etc.
• Are any specific LLMs required?
  • BlueFlame Agent, OpenAI, Google, etc.
• How do you expect to initiate the workflow?
  • Run manually from web/Teams/API, scheduled daily/weekly, process driven (if/then), etc.

Deployment and Validation

• Discuss any technical or operational considerations for deployment.
  • Training, how many / which users, etc.
• Identify test plan based on success criteria laid out initially.
