The Client Success Manager position at Blueflame AI plays a critical role in supporting customer use of the Blueflame AI platform. This position requires interacting with our customers and close collaboration with other members of our Client Success team to help onboard new customers and foster a superior customer experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a point of contact for any technical questions or concerns regarding the platform
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor client usage and performance metrics to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes. Provide regular reports and insights to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement, and recommending strategies to enhance their experience
- Proactive Client Engagement: Regularly engage with clients to assess their satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement. Proactively address any issues or concerns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with other members of the Client Success team and, as needed, the Engineering team to ensure that the platform meets technical requirements and issued are addressed seamlessly by customers
- Provide Training and Support: Provide training sessions and support to cu stomers as needed
- Stay Updated with Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in client success using generative AI software platforms
What You Bring
- Experience in account management or otherwise having served as a trusted point of contact for clients and collaboration with various internal teams
- Experience in conducting consultative business reviews to ensure clients meet goals and discovering upsell opportunities
- Experience in developing long-term client relationships through superior service and personalized care
- Experience in analyzing customer performance metrics to deliver strategic recommendations and process improvements
- Confident speaking to and working with clients in real-time
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sociology, Business, or Communications

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, and education. In addition to a base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates will be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
$71,300.00 - $118,300.00
