The Delivery Manager position at Blueflame AI is pivotal in bridging the gap between our Client Success Team and Engagement/Support Analysts, focusing on the seamless onboarding of strategic clients. This role requires interacting with our clients and collaborating closely with other members of our Engagement team to ensure a superior client experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS, be organized, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead Client Onboarding and Integration: Oversee the onboarding process for new strategic clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our systems.
- Monthly Reporting and Roadmap Alignment: Prepare and deliver monthly reports to clients, aligning on roadmaps and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with Engagement Specialists and the Head of Engagement to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Manage Implementation Timelines: Develop and manage project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Support Adoption of New Features: Facilitate the adoption of new features by clients, providing necessary training and support. Communicate technical features and benefits in a way that resonates with clients, focusing on outcomes and value.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Address and resolve any issues that arise across client environments, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Gather and Relay User Feedback: Collect feedback from users and relay it to the product and engineering teams to inform future development.
- Track Adoption Metrics: Monitor client adoption metrics and proactively intervene to address any potential issues.
- On-Site Client Work: On occasion, visit clients on-site in NYC

- Experience in a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong ability to discuss and understand complex tools and workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Confident speaking to and working with clients in real-time

Compensation
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, and education. In addition to a base salary and competitive benefits package, successful candidates will be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
$118,800.00 - $207,200.00
